CCGGA Scholarships

The 2025 Scholarship Application period ended on April 22, 2025.

Each spring the CCGGA schedules an Open House & Scholarship      fundraising event to raise funds for scholarships. Each participating nursery proudly donates a portion of that day’s sales (mainly plants) to the CCGGA Scholarship Fund. Only High school seniors or currently enrolled undergraduate college students are eligible.

Students who are children of current CCGGA Nursery Members (any major), students pursuing an education in Horticulture, Plant Sciences  or Environmental Sciences majors are eligible. (see application for complete criteria).

One of the organizations goals is to continue encouraging future generations to enter the horticulture field and to promote higher education within the families that work in the local nursery business
